Reach your goals & make your dreams come true!

Discover how to enable the Law of Attraction and achieve your goals, using the Vision Board, a visualization tool.

Today I want to talk to you about what is commonly known as the “Vision Board”, which is the creation of a “visualization board” representing through images the major goals you have decided to achieve this year.

This will help you activate the law of attraction and achieve your goals

Vision Board or Visualisation Board

Why does it work?

Your mind is highly responsive to visual stimulation:
A picture is worth a thousand words

The images will stimulate and reinforce your emotions and we know how emotions are the energy that vibrates, motivates and activates the law of attraction.

By seeing the representation of your goals in pictures, your brain will work relentlessly to send to your subconscious what you have decided to achieve.

This will lead you to make the right choices, to take the necessary steps to achieve your goals and dreams.

The vision board is probably one of the most valuable and powerful tools for positive visualisation. It depicts a tangible image of the future you want in all areas of your life.

Step 1 – Think about what you want for this year, what you really want to achieve and let your imagination run wild!

If you had a magic wand what would be the 5 specific goals you would like to achieve this year? For example: The place you would like to go, the job you would like to do, the company you would like to join, the savings you would like to have, the work-life balance you would like to achieve, the turnover you would like to achieve etc.

Step 2 – Have fun choosing images or photos taken at happy times that illustrate your dreams, your goals, your desired future.

These images can be chosen from your photos, magazines, the internet, or your imagination. You can also choose meaningful symbols, words or quotes that represent something positive to you.

Step 3 – Stick these pictures on a sheet of paper that could be displayed like a painting.

Step 4 – Post your vision board in a visible place where you can see it regularly.

Some additional tips

  • Just target the most important objectives, because if your chart contains too much information, it loses clarity and the subconscious mind may become confused.
  • Schedule “dates” to visualize your ideal future. The evening before going to bed is a propitious and very promising time. We know that what happens in the 45 minutes before going to sleep will be replayed several times during the night in your subconscious.
  • If you wish, you can create several “Vison Boards”, one for professional goals that you might have in the office, another for personal goals.
  • Remember to check that your goals are realistic

You will have the pleasure and surprise of seeing all your goals come true!

It’s just magic!
